I live in a beautiful part of the Darling range hills to the East of Perth, it's a semi rural area with lots of bushland. That has it's own worries with the recent heatwaves. My immediate neighbours are Lorita and Andre Schmitz. Lorita is an acknowledged wildlife painter specialising in the local flora and fauna. We regularly swap notes, though I'm not sure she really approves of that 'digital stuff'. A lovely lady who at the moment, surprisingly struggles to get commissions. I think the traditional painter has difficulty identifying and fitting in a niche to stand out from the thousands of websites out there. They get lost.
I'm introducing her to Google Adwords and going to get her blogging, we'll see how it goes, in the meantime check out her work I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
